Individuals providing condominium management services must apply for a condominium management licence between November 1, 2017 and January 29, 2018.

QUESTION 1:

On November 1, 2017, will you have at least 2 years experience providing condominium management services?

You must have worked at least 2,920 hours as a condominium manager within the past 5 years to qualify for a general licence or transitional general licence. 2,920 hours is calculated based on Statistics Canada’s definition of full-time work hours minus 200 hrs (30 hrs/week x 52 weeks x 2 – 200 hrs)
