Each year, CMRAO licensees are required to renew their licence during the month of June. This past year, the CMRAO introduced new Continuing Professional Education (CPE) program requirements for General Licensees, and this was the first cycle that General Licensees were required to complete 10 CPE credits (a combination of virtual and in-person activities that address different aspects of the condominium manager’s role) in order to renew their licence.
