Continuing Professional Education (CPE) in Effect

The CMRAO’s mandatory Continuing Professional Education (CPE) program is a requirement for the renewal of General Licences. The CPE program supports the CMRAO’s mandate to strengthen the condominium management profession and help protect consumers in Ontario’s complex and rapidly growing condominium sector.

The program is now in effect and General Licensees may start accumulating credits towards the minimum requirement of ten CPE credits necessary to renew their licence during the 2024 licence renewal period. Licensees have twelve months to participate in a variety of learning activities and experiences and report them on their account on the CMRAO website.

An approved list of educational and professional development activities and the associated credits is available on the website, which will be continuously updated as new activities become available.
