New Licensing Fee Structure
This is a reminder of the CMRAO’s new licensing fee structure that was posted on the CMRAO website on November 28, 2022.
The CMRAO is prudent with its resources and reviews its finances each year to ensure that funds are being used effectively to carry out the organization’s regulatory functions and to recover the costs associated with administering the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015.
To adjust for rising costs, the new structure includes a 4% increase that will apply to annual licence fees. The new structure goes into effect on March 1, 2023. The new fees apply only to licence and renewal applications submitted on or after March 1, 2023. Current active licensees will not be subject to any adjustments for fees that were paid before March 1, 2023, but will pay the new fee when they renew their licences in June for the 2023–24 licensing year.
