If you would like to have an impact on this growing sector and condominium communities, then you might be interested in joining the CMRAO’s Advisory Committee. 

As a regulatory body, the CMRAO is mandated to provide consumer protection for people living and investing in condominiums.

The CMRAO’s Advisory Committee was created to establish an advisory process for direct input to the Board of Directors on issues of importance to consumers and licensees pertaining to the CMRAO’s mandate and activities. Members are appointed by the Board and serve on a voluntary basis for terms established by the Board. 

As a voluntary member of the Advisory Committee, you will be able to participate in consultations, provide input on important topics that may have an impact on the condominium management sector, and provide feedback on the development of resources, policies, service delivery and CMRAO processes.
