Your Condominium Management Provider Licence Will Expire on June 30, 2024

This is to inform you that your Condominium Management Provider Licence is set to expire on June 30, 2024. The renewal process will begin on June 1, 2024. The CMRAO will accept renewal applications until 11:59 p.m. on June 30.

To submit the application for renewal, you will need to login to your CMRAO account. Once you are logged in, select “Associated Companies” and then select your company. Next, select “Company Licences” and then select the “Renew” button to begin your application for renewal. As part of the application, you will be required to answer questions about character and financial responsibility as they relate to the directors and officers of the corporation.

The annual licensing fee for condominium management provider companies is $799 + $340 per licensee employed by the company. For the 2024–25 licensing year, the fee for each company is set based on the information in our system as of 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2024. Condominium management provider businesses may pay the fee electronically as part of the online application or by mailing a cheque to:

Please note that the option to pay by cheque is for companies only. If you do not submit your application for renewal by June 30, the licence will expire, and the management provider company will no longer be able to provide condominium management services. Submitting the renewal application includes submitting the fee. If you intend to pay the fee for this company by cheque, please ensure that the cheque is sent prior to the deadline so that it arrives at our offices no later than June 30.
