E-Learning Facilitator

The CMRAO is looking for facilitators to be available throughout the year to deliver the instructor-led portions of the Excellence in Condominium Management course and be available to the learners for virtual office hours.

Facilitator responsibilities include, among others:

  • Accurately describe activity setup and expectations
  • Foster learner participation in activities to reinforce previous learning
  • Guide productive discussions that drive learners to find answers on their own
  • Direct learners to relevant tools and resources
  • Provide constructive actionable feedback on learner performance and knowledge

Candidates should have experience as a condominium manager and trainer or course facilitator and have knowledge of the relevant legislation.

Licensing and Information Officer

The CMRAO is looking for a Licensing and Information Officer to provide customer service for licensing inquiries, complaints and general inquiries received directly or via the CMRAO Contact Centre. 

Candidates should have analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and provide recommendations in the resolution of a range of licensing and compliance related matters.
