Facilitator – E-Learning

The CMRAO is looking for facilitators to deliver the instructor-led portions of the Excellence in Condominium Management course and be available to learners for virtual office hours. Candidates must have a minimum two years' experience as a condominium manager, minimum three years' experience as a trainer or course facilitator, knowledge of the Condominium Management Services Act and Regulations, knowledge of the Condominium Act, and be technically proficient with Microsoft Office tools including MS Teams.

The CMRAO will provide a Facilitator's Guide and training on using the LMS platform.

Facilitators will be independent contractors contracted for a period of one (1) year with possibility of renewal.

Communications and Outreach Associate

Reporting to the Manager of Communications and Outreach, the successful candidate for the Communications and Outreach Associate position will assist in the day-to-day operations of CMRAO's Communications department. The Communications and Outreach Associate supports the development of a range of communications products, including graphics, videos, and social media content.

Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, and some experience working with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and video editing software.

This is a fixed term contract opportunity.

Reporting to the Manager of Communications and Outreach, the successful candidate for the Communications and Outreach Coordinator position will assist in the day-to-day operations of CMRAO's Communications department. Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Reporting to the Deputy Registrar, the Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist ensures the smooth operation of all licensing, education, and compliance activities by reviewing case files, drafting or reviewing decisions and correspondence, and conducting timely reviews of complaints to assess and recommend compliance options in accordance with the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015, and its regulations.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity.
