Compliance Coordinator – proactive inspections

Under the direction of the Deputy Registrar, conduct timely, regular and proactive inspections of licensed condominium managers and condominium management provider businesses.

To review and process complaints received by the CMRAO against individual condominium managers and condominium management provider businesses and make recommendations for resolution of cases. 

This is a full time contract opportunity for 12 months. The deadline to apply is December 6, 2021.

Communications Intern – Paid Internship

Reporting to the Manager of Communications, the successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of CMRAO’s Communications department.

This internship is for three (3) months starting in January with possibility of extension. The deadline to apply is December 10, 2021.
