In the interest of transparency and accountability, the CMRAO publishes and makes its governance and reporting documents available to the public.

Administrative Agreement

The CMRAO’s Administrative Agreement with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery clarifies the roles, duties, and responsibilities of the minister and the CMRAO under the CMSA. The agreement also clarifies the administrative, financial, auditing, accountability, legislative and regulatory relationships between the two bodies. [PDF 400 KB]

By-law

To fulfil its mandate, the CMRAO is governed by a by-law which outlines the rules, structure, and duties of the roles within the organization, specifically the Board of Directors, Chair and Chief Executive Officer/Registrar. [PDF 263 KB]

Memorandum of Understanding

The Memorandum of Understanding establishes how the CMRAO and CAO work together to uphold and support their integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
