Under the Administrative Agreement with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, the CMRAO is required to establish and enforce a variety of Board-approved policies to guide the organization’s operations:

The Complaints Policy applies to complaints about the CMRAO‘s services and the conduct of CMRAO staff or members of the Discipline and Appeals committees.
