Coming soon: Licence cards for the 2019 – 20 licensing year!
Just like last year, the CMRAO will be sending physical licence cards to condominium managers who are licensed for the 2019–20 licensing year. As a licensed condo manager, you are legally required to carry proof of licensure while providing condo management services, as outlined in section 28(1) of the General Regulation.
Your licence card will soon be sent to the address for service recorded in your CMRAO profile. Licensees have until Friday, August 9 to email info@cmrao.ca with a request to update their address for service. Only one card will be issued to each licensee, so please take this opportunity to review your CMRAO profile and, if necessary, contact the CMRAO to update your address.
