New Regulations in Effect February 1

Condo management companies and condo managers licensed by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) have an obligation to protect their clients’ interests.  More provisions and regulations of the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 (CMSA) came into effect on February 1.

Licences Now Being Issued

The CMRAO has started approving licence applications. We are currently issuing licences for applications that were received in November. Once your licence application has been approved, you will receive instructions on the next steps by email.
We are carefully reviewing every application that we have received. If you applied for a licence, you can continue providing condo management services until you hear from us.

If you have received a licence from the CMRAO, here are some instructional videos to help you print and pay for your new licence.
