CMRAO Reducing Fees for the 2019–20 Licensing Year
The CMRAO is committed to being transparent and accountable for the efficient use of licensing fees that allow the organization to effectively carry out its mandated responsibilities as the regulator of the condo management sector under the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015(CMSA).
For the 2019–20 licensing year, the CMRAO is reducing licensing fees for all classes of licences. Current licensees who renew their licences, as well as all new applicants who apply for a licence after June 1, 2019, will pay the new fees (reduced by 6.6%).
The new licensing fees are:
*Per licensee employed by the company
The reduced fees apply to:
- All licence renewal applications for the 2019–20 licensing year
- All new licence applications submitted after June 1, 2019
As the regulatory body that provides oversight of condo managers and condo management companies, the CMRAO continues to protect consumers in Ontario’s complex and rapidly growing condo industry.
