Your CMRAO Licence will expire on June 30, 2021

This email is to inform you that your CMRAO licence is set to expire on June 30, 2021. The renewal process will begin on June 1. The CMRAO will accept renewal applications until 11:59 p.m. on June 30.

To submit your application for renewal, you will need to login to your CMRAO account. Once you are logged in, select “Licences” and then select the “Renew” button to begin your application for renewal. As part of the application, you will be required to answer questions about your character and your financial responsibility, and pay the annual licensing fee electronically. Your application will not have been submitted until you have paid the fee.

The annual licensing fees for individual managers are:

  • General Licence: $567
  • Transitional General Licence: $567
  • Limited Licence: $354

If you do not submit your application for renewal by June 30, your licence will expire and you will no longer be able to provide condominium management services.

Re-verifying your CMRAO account before renewing your licence

In December 2020, the CMRAO changed the login process for accessing all CMRAO accounts. Previously, logging in required a username and password, but now you may access your CMRAO account using the email address associated with your account and a password. If you have not yet updated your CMRAO account with our new email login process, you will be required to do so before renewing your licence. All current holders of a CMRAO account must complete a one-time account verification. To verify your account, please follow these instructions.

CMRAO staff are available to assist and answer questions at any point during the licence renewal process. Please contact us at info@cmrao.ca, or visit the CMRAO website for additional information.
