Code of Ethics: Condominium Managers and Director Training
Condominium managers must comply with the Code of Ethics regulation, which promotes professionalism, reliability, and quality of service. All condominium board members must complete the mandatory director training program administered by the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO). A licensee’s responsibilities are generally set out in the contract they have with the condominium corporation, including how they should handle mandatory director training.
