Code of Ethics: Providing Competent Service

Condominium managers must comply with the Code of Ethics regulation, which promotes professionalism, reliability, and quality of service. The role of a condominium manager is very complex and often requires shifting priorities. As outlined in the Code of Ethics, a licensee is expected to provide conscientious, courteous and responsive service, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge, skill, judgment, and competence.
