The CMRAO’s administrative agreement with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery clarifies the roles, duties and responsibilities of the Minister and the CMRAO in relation to the administration of the Delegated Provisions and the administrative matters as set out under the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015.

The agreement also clarifies the administrative, financial, auditing, accountability, legislative and regulatory development, and working, as well as reporting relationships between us.
