By Law
The CMRAO follows a By-law in order to carry out its mandate. The By-law outlines the rules and structure of the organization as it applies to its Board of Directors, Chair, Chief Executive Officer/Registrar, and states the duties of each role.
The present By-law was approved by the Board of Directors in February 2023.
