Insurance Requirements – February 1, 2018
Condo management companies and condo managers licensed by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (or CMRAO) have an obligation to protect their clients’ interests.
Effective February 1, 2018, licensees will be required to abide by a new regulation under the Condominium Services Act (CMSA) to ensure that every licensed condo management company has insurance.
