Code of Ethics Regulation – February 1, 2018
Condo management companies and condo managers licensed by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (or CMRAO) have an obligation to protect their clients’ interests.
Effective February 1, 2018, licensees are required to abide by a code of ethics developed and approved by the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services in consultation with public stakeholders.
