Complaints Process – February 1, 2018

Condo management companies and condo managers licensed by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (or CMRAO) have an obligation to protect their clients’ interests.

Effective February 1, 2018, if the CMRAO receives a complaint about a licensed condo manager, the Registrar may request information related to the complaint from any licensee, who must provide that information.
