Thank you for submitting a licence application with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).
We are a new organization and are reviewing applications carefully. CMRAO staff are currently validating the information you have provided with third parties, such as education providers and employers. 
We are looking at licence applications individually, but also collectively in order to ensure that decisions are made efficiently and with full consideration of all factors.  

Please keep in mind the following:
You can continue to offer condo management services until a decision has been made on your licence applicationBecause you applied prior to December 15, you will receive the 10% discount on your first annual licensing fee, regardless of when the licence is issued
Given the current volume, we do not expect to begin responding to licence applications until February 2018. Once a decision has been made, you will be notified by email.
