The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Accept the financial statements of the CMRAO for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2023 and the auditor’s report on the statements;
- Appoint auditors for the CMRAO for the coming year;
- Elect directors; and
- Transact other business as may be set out in the notice of meeting.
