NOTICE IS GIVEN that the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) will be held:
- Date: Tuesday, January 16, 2018
- Time: 9 a.m.
- Location: To Be Confirmed (in Toronto)
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Accept the financial statements of the CMRAO for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2017 and the auditor’s report on the statements
- Appoint auditors for the CMRAO for the coming year
- Elect directors
- Transact other business as may be set out in the notice of meeting
