NOTICE IS GIVEN that the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) will be held on:

Date: Tuesday, July 5, 2022

Time: 10:00 a.m.

Location: Virtual Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to:

Accept the financial statements of the CMRAO for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2022, and the auditor’s report on the statements;
Appoint auditors for the CMRAO for the coming year;
Elect directors; and
Transact other business as may be set out in the notice of meeting.
