NOTICE IS GIVEN that the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) will be held:
- Date: Tuesday, July 6, 2021
- Time: 10 a.m.
- Location: Virtual Meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Accept the financial statements of the CMRAO for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2021 and the auditor’s report on the statements;
- Appoint auditors for the CMRAO for the coming year;
- Elect directors; and
- Transact other business as may be set out in the notice of meeting.
