Notice of Annual Members Meeting – July 6, 2021

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) will be held:

Accept the financial statements of the CMRAO for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2021 and the auditor’s report on the statements;
Appoint auditors for the CMRAO for the coming year;
Elect directors; and
Transact other business as may be set out in the notice of meeting.
