Notice of Annual Members Meeting – June 16, 2020
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) will be held:
- Date: Tuesday, June 16, 2020
- Time: 10 a.m.
- Location: Meeting will be held remotely
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Accept the financial statements of the CMRAO for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2020, and the auditor’s report on the statements;
- Appoint auditors for the CMRAO for the coming year;
- Elect directors; and
- Transact other business as may be set out in the notice of meeting
Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person may complete, date and sign the proxy form and return by email to info@cmrao.ca, no later than 9 a.m. on June 9, 2020.
