NOTICE IS GIVEN that the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) will be held:
- Date: Tuesday, June 26, 2018
- Time: 9 a.m.
- Location: 2 St. Clair Ave E, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Toronto ON M4T 2T5
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Accept the financial statements of the CMRAO for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2018 and the auditor’s report on the statements
- Appoint auditors for the CMRAO for the coming year
- Confirm the By-law
- Elect directors
- Transact other business as may be set out in the notice of meeting
