Notice of Fees: Excellence in Condominium Management Course
The Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) conducted a public fee consultation from October 4 to October 14, 2021. Feedback was collected using a survey posted on the CMRAO website. The survey collected the public’s and the sector’s opinions on CMRAO’s proposed fee for the Excellence in Condominium Management course.
The CMRAO appreciates all the feedback received. This consultation provided the CMRAO with an opportunity to hear this feedback first-hand and ensure that it provides cost-effective services to the regulated sector.
The CMRAO has carefully considered the impact of introducing a new mandatory course for entrants to the profession of condominium manager and has established the fee for the course as outlined below:

Prospective applicants for a Limited Licence will be able to register for the course on November 1, 2021.
