In response to feedback received from the condominium sector, the CMRAO has developed an online Management Directory to make the search for a condominium management provider a simple process.

The Management Directory was designed to help condominium corporations easily connect with a licensed management provider business in their area, along with easy access to the licence status and contact details for each provider business.

The directory is optimized to allow users to search for a business in the region in which they operate. Users must simply select the region from a drop-down menu, and participating provider businesses operating in that area will be listed.

The Management Directory complements the CMRAO’s Public Registry, which provides a comprehensive listing of all licensed condominium managers and provider businesses and information about licence status, including conditions, suspensions, revocations, and disciplinary actions.

Management provider businesses that are interested in being a part of the Management Directory may email a request to info@cmrao.ca to have their service regions added to their profile.
